Insightful. Made me think about my own spirituality. I would not be who I am today if not for the saints and sages I've read and known throughout my life.

Sidenote: You don't need to worry about this woman's children. Usually, kids left to "find their own path" (which really sounds like a passing of the responsibility buck) meet Jesus and become a part of the very thing their parents didn't want them to. I think it is God's mercy in action.
