Glossary:
Philo-Semitism: Teachings of esteem towards Semitic people groups, including the Jewish people. Often reduced to an uncritical support of Jews, Judaism and the State of Israel, and used as a means of critiquing replacement theology or supercessionism as triumphalistic and anti-Semitic.
Nationalist Zionism: Uncritical support for the secular state of Israel by Christian Zionists and certain Jewish (mostly settler) Zionists (mostly settler Zionists).
Prophetic Zionism: A passionate commitment to justice and peace in the Jewish prophetic tradition, embodied today as hospitality and co-existence among Jews and Palestinians. An ethical liberationist theology (vis-à-vis apocalyptic) that honours the longings and needs of Jews and Palestinians, Christians and Muslims.
