I can’t believe that anyone who knows Jesus would ever think he would respond in any other way than absolute love and understanding and embrace. One glance from his eyes would heal every wound and restore our original innocence. Whether that happens on this side of life or the other side–what difference would it make? Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord–and not under duress, but out of genuine encounter and realization.
